Tajabajar.com, a concern of CureTech Ltd, (“TAJA BAJAR”) comprises of a tajabajar.com or the mobile app or any digital media ("Website"). Your use of TAJA BAJAR is subject to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out on this page. By using the Website, you (“User”) are bound by the Terms. If you are in violation or disagreement with the Terms, please contact support@tajabajar.com or registered office at Shagufta Tower, Plot 136, Level 1, Gulshan-Badda Link Road, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.
The contents set out herein form an electronic record in the Information & Communication Technology Act, 2006 and rules there under as applicable and as amended from time to time. As such, this document does not require any physical or digital signatures and forms a valid and binding agreement between the Website and the User.
The Website may contain links to other web or online resources, which are not operated by TAJA BAJAR and TAJA BAJAR has no control over the linked sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
TAJA BAJAR reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website. By continuing to use the Website after we post any such changes, you accept the Terms as modified. TAJA BAJAR operates under the jurisdiction of Bangladesh and its local laws.
User EligibilityUse of the Website is available only to such persons who can legally contract under the Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, you shall not transacton the Website but such transaction may be made by your legal guardian on the Website. TAJA BAJAR reserves the right to terminate your access or transaction or communication on the website or refuse to provide you with the service if t is brought to TAJA BAJAR’s notice that you are under the age of 18 years.
By accepting the Terms or using or transacting on the Website, the User irrevocably declares and undertakes that the User is of legal age and capable of entering into a binding
TAJA BAJAR offers its services if the address of the User is within Dhaka, Bangladesh although TAJA BAJAR plans to offer its services to other regions in Bangladesh. TAJA BAJAR is currently delivering products to the recipient User within 4-hour duration but may not guarantee any such time assurance due to the traffic conditions or events that are outside its control.
CommunicationWhen User uses TAJA BAJAR, or contacts TAJA BAJAR via phone or email, User consents to receive communication from TAJA BAJAR. User authorizes TAJA BAJAR to communicate with him/her by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. User also consents to receive communications (including transactional, promotional or commercial messages), from TAJA BAJAR with respect to User’s use of the
In and when using the website, User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, credentials, orders, personal information at your device. TAJA BAJAR ensures the confidentiality of User information provided or derived to TAJA BAJAR or its associates or partners. Any short term or long term promotional activity or offer(s) are by default valid for a single transaction within the offered time frame for a User on TAJA BAJAR. Any repetitive or suspicious or abusive practice during any offer or promotion might result in cancellation of transaction or service or legal actions.
The ContractUser’s order is an offer to TAJA BAJAR to buy the product(s) in the order. When User places an order to purchase a product from TAJA BAJAR, User will receive a notification confirming receipt of the order and/or containing the details of the order. The order confirmation notification is an acknowledgement that TAJA BAJAR has received the order, but does not confirm acceptance of the offer to buy the product(s) ordered; that when TAJA BAJAR sends such notification, a contract called an “agreement to sell” is concluded in accordance with Section 4(3) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 i.e. the transfer of the property in the goods is to take place at a future time when the product(s) is/are delivered to User’s address of delivery. We only accept the offer, and the above “agreement to sell” becomes a contract of sale for product(s) ordered by User in accordance with Section 4(4) of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, when the product(s) is/are delivered to User’s address of delivery and at that time the property in the goods is transferred from TAJA BAJAR to User. User can cancel the order for a product at no cost any time before the goods are delivered to User.
TAJA BAJAR sells products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
Product DescriptionsTAJA BAJAR attempts to be as accurate as possible but may not manufacture or produce any product by itself. Therefore, TAJA BAJAR does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of its product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by TAJA BAJAR itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PricingExcept where noted otherwise, the list price or suggested price displayed for products on TAJA BAJAR represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. Despite best efforts, a small number of the items in TAJA BAJAR ‘s catalog may be mispriced. If the maximum retail price of an item sold by TAJA BAJAR is higher than its stated price, TAJA BAJAR will, at our discretion, either contact User for instructions before delivering or cancel the order and notify User of such cancellation. And if the stated price on the product is lower than TAJA BAJAR’s, it will, either refund the amount or replace the product according to your preference, when acknowledged
Return PolicyUser may return any product during the time of delivery if a) Product does not meet User’s expectation or the expected quality/quantity b) Product is damaged during delivery or product is found in an unhealthy condition c) User is not satisfied with the packaging d) User finds the product unusable
User may return any unopened or defective up to 20% and less, item during the delivery. But a request of return may not be eligible for return or replacement if a) Damages due to misuse of product b) Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product c) Any consumable item which has been used/installed d) Products with tampered or missing serial numbers) Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty f) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Refund PolicyTAJA BAJAR tries its best to serve the User. But if under any circumstances, TAJA BAJAR fails to fulfill its commitment or to provide the service, it will notify you within 24 hours via phone/text/email. If the service, that TAJA BAJAR fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.
Refund requests will be processed under these situations a) TAJA BAJAR is unable to serve a replacement product. b) User returns any product from a paid order. c) User cancels a paid order before it has been dispatched for delivery.
For all the above three scenarios, the refund amount will be credited to User. And the credit can only be used to purchase at TAJA BAJAR. Refund will be executed in 7 days from the request of refund.

শর্তাদি স্বীকার করে বা ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যবহার বা লেনদেন করার মাধ্যমে, ব্যবহারকারী অপরিবর্তনীয়ভাবে ঘোষণা করে এবং অঙ্গীকার করে যে ব্যবহারকারীর আইনগত বয়স হয়েছে এবং একটি নিয়মে প্রবেশ করতে সক্ষম। ব্যবহারকারীর ঠিকানা ঢাকার মধ্যে থাকলে তাজা বাজার তার সেবা সমূহ অফার করে, যদিও তাজা বাজার বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য অঞ্চলে পরিষেবা দেওয়ার পরিকল্পনা করেছে। তাজা বাজার বর্তমানে ৪-ঘণ্টার সময়কালের মধ্যে ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে পণ্য সরবরাহ করছে তবে ট্রাফিক জ্যাম বা অনিয়ন্ত্রিত ঘটনার কারনে কোন সময়ের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারে না।
যোগাযোগযখন ব্যবহারকারী তাজা বাজার ব্যবহার করে, অথবা ফোন বা ইমেলের মাধ্যমে তাজা বাজার-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে, ব্যবহারকারী তাজা বাজার থেকে যোগাযোগ পেতে সম্মতি দেয়। ব্যবহারকারী তাজা বাজার-কে তার সাথে ই-মেইল, এসএমএস, ফোন কল বা ওয়েবসাইটে নোটিশ পোস্ট করার মাধ্যমে বা যোগাযোগের অন্য কোনো পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করার অনুমতি দেয়। ব্যবহারকারী তাজা বাজার থেকে যোগাযোগ (লেনদেনমূলক, প্রচারমূলক বা বাণিজ্যিক বার্তা পেতেও সম্মতি দেন।
ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার করার সময়, ব্যবহারকারী ডিভাইসে নিজের পাসওয়ার্ড, পরিচয়, অর্ডার এবং ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ৷ তাজা বাজার বা এর সহযোগী বা অংশীদারদের থেকে প্রদত্ত বা প্রাপ্ত ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখে। ডেটা কমিউনিকেশন বা নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা হলে, ব্যবহারকারী অবিলম্বে support@tajabajar.com-এর মধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করবে।
কপিরাইটতাজা বাজারের বিষয়বস্তু তাজা বাজারের সম্পত্তি। তাজা বাজার-এর লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো বিষয়বস্তু অনুলিপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, পুনঃপ্রকাশ, ইনস্টল, পোস্ট, প্রেরণ, সংরক্ষণ বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।

তাজা বাজার এর পরিষেবাগুলি প্রচার করার জন্য বিভিন্ন বিজ্ঞাপন ব্যবহার করে যা সত্য এবং জ্ঞান মতে প্রতারণামূলক নয় এমনকি বাংলাদেশের সংস্কৃতির সাথে অন্যায় নয়। প্রতিটি ব্যবহারকারী পরিষেবাটি ব্যবহার করার আগে ওয়েবসাইটটিতে থাকা প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্যের মাধ্যমে যেতে বাধ্য এবং এটি ধরে নেওয়া হবে যে প্রতিটি ব্যবহারকারী ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া প্রতিটি তথ্য সম্পর্কে সচেতন। ওয়েবসাইটের পণ্যের চিত্রগুলি শুধুমাত্র রেফারেন্সের জন্য এবং এর জন্য এবং প্রকৃত পণ্য প্রদর্শন করা সংশ্লিষ্ট চিত্র থেকে আলাদা হতে পারে। ওয়েবসাইটটি বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা অনুমোদিত এই লক্ষ্যে কোনও অসঙ্গতির কারণে উদ্ভূত দায় অস্বীকার করে।
যেকোনো স্বল্পমেয়াদী বা দীর্ঘমেয়াদী প্রচারমূলক কার্যকলাপ বা অফার(গুলি) ডিফল্টভাবে তাজা বাজার-এ একজন ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য প্রস্তাবিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে একটি একক লেনদেনের জন্য বৈধ। যেকোনো অফার বা প্রচারের সময় পুনরাবৃত্তিমূলক বা সন্দেহজনক বা আপত্তিজনক অনুশীলনের ফলে লেনদেন বা পরিষেবা বাতিল বা আইনি পদক্ষেপ হতে পারে।
চুক্তিব্যবহারকারীর অর্ডার হল তাজাবাজারে পন্য কেনার জন্য একটি অফার। যখন ব্যবহারকারী তাজা বাজার থেকে একটি পণ্য কেনার জন্য একটি অর্ডার দেয়, ব্যবহারকারী অর্ডারের প্রাপ্তি নিশ্চিত করে এবং/অথবা অর্ডারের বিশদ বিবরণ সহ একটি রিসিপ্ট পাবেন। অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ রিসিপ্টটি একটি স্বীকৃতি যে তাজা বাজার অর্ডার পেয়েছে, কিন্তু অর্ডার করা পণ্য(গুলি) কেনার প্রস্তাব গ্রহণের বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করে না; যখন তাজা বাজার এই ধরনের রিসিপ্ট পাঠায়, তখন পণ্য বিক্রয় আইন, ১৯৩০ এর ধারা ৪(৩) অনুসারে একটি চুক্তি "বিক্রয় করার চুক্তি" নামে সমাপ্ত হয় অর্থাৎ পণ্যের সম্পত্তি হস্তান্তর একটি সময়ে সংঘটিত হয়। ভবিষ্যতের সময় যখন পণ্য(গুলি) ব্যবহারকারীর ডেলিভারির ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। আমরা শুধুমাত্র অফারটি গ্রহণ করি, এবং উপরোক্ত "বিক্রয় করার চুক্তি" পণ্য(গুলি) বিক্রয়ের জন্য একটি চুক্তিতে পরিণত হয় যা পণ্য বিক্রয় আইন, ১৯৩০ এর ধারা ৪(৪) অনুসারে ব্যবহারকারী দ্বারা আদেশ করা হয়, যখন পণ্য(গুলি) ব্যবহারকারীর ডেলিভারির ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয় এবং সেই সময়ে পণ্যের সম্পত্তি তাজা বাজার থেকে ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে পণ্য সরবরাহ করার আগে ব্যবহারকারী কোনও জরিমানা ছাড়াই যে কোনও পণ্যের অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।
তাজা বাজার শুধুমাত্র এমন পরিমাণে পণ্য বিক্রি করে যা একটি সাধারন পরিবারের সাধারণ চাহিদার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ। এটি একটি একক অর্ডারের মধ্যে অর্ডার করা পণ্যের সংখ্যা এবং একই পণ্যের জন্য বেশ কয়েকটি অর্ডার দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য যেখানে স্বতন্ত্র অর্ডারগুলি একটি সাধারণ পরিবারের জন্য সাধারণ একটি পরিমাণ নিয়ে গঠিত।
পণ্য বিবরণতাজা বাজার যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল হওয়ার চেষ্টা করে কিন্তু নিজে কোনো পণ্য তৈরি বা উৎপাদন করেনা। তাই, তাজা বাজার এটা নিশ্চিত করে না যে পণ্যের বিবরণ বা তার কোনো পণ্যের অন্যান্য বিষয়বস্তু সঠিক, সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভরযোগ্য, চলমান বা ত্রুটি-মুক্ত। যদি তাজা বাজার-এর দ্বারা অফার করা কোনও পণ্য বর্ণনা অনুযায়ী না হয়, তাহলে আপনার একমাত্র প্রতিকার হল অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় ফেরত দেওয়া।
মূল্য নির্ধারণউল্লেখ করা ব্যতীত, তাজা বাজার-এ পণ্যের জন্য প্রদর্শিত তালিকা মূল্য বা প্রস্তাবিত মূল্য পণ্যের উপরেই তালিকাভুক্ত সম্পূর্ণ খুচরা মূল্যের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করে, প্রস্তুতকারক বা সরবরাহকারীর দ্বারা প্রস্তাবিত, বা আদর্শ শিল্প অনুশীলন অনুসারে অনুমান করা হয়; অথবা অন্য কোথাও দেওয়া তুলনামূলকভাবে বৈশিষ্ট্যযুক্ত আইটেমের জন্য আনুমানিক খুচরা মূল্য। সর্বোত্তম প্রচেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও, তাজা বাজারের ক্যাটালগের অল্প সংখ্যক আইটেমের মূল্য ভুল হতে পারে। যদি তাজা বাজার দ্বারা বিক্রি করা একটি আইটেমের সর্বোচ্চ খুচরা মূল্য তার উল্লিখিত মূল্যের চেয়ে বেশি হয়, আমাদের বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, অর্ডারটি সরবরাহ করার আগে নির্দেশাবলীর জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে বা অর্ডারটি বাতিল করবে এবং এই ধরনের বাতিলকরণের বিষয়ে ব্যবহারকারীকে অবহিত করবে৷ এবং যদি পণ্যের উল্লিখিত মূল্য তাজা বাজার-এর থেকে কম হয়, তবে এটি স্বীকৃত হলে, হয় অর্থ ফেরত দেবে বা আপনার পছন্দ অনুযায়ী পণ্যটি প্রতিস্থাপন করবে।
রিটার্ন পলিসিডেলিভারির সময় ব্যবহারকারী যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারে যদি ক) পণ্যটি ব্যবহারকারীর প্রত্যাশা বা প্রত্যাশিত গুণমান/পরিমাণ পূরণ না করে খ) ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা পণ্যটি অস্বাস্থ্যকর অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায় গ) ব্যবহারকারী সন্তুষ্ট না হয় প্যাকেজিংয়ের সাথে ঘ) ব্যবহারকারী পণ্যটিকে অব্যবহারযোগ্য মনে করেন
ডেলিভারির সময় ব্যবহারকারীরা ২০% বা তার কম আইটেম পর্যন্ত না খোলা বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ আইটেম ফেরত দিতে পারে। কিন্তু রিটার্নের অনুরোধ রিটার্ন বা প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য যোগ্য নাও হতে পারে যদি ক) পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি হয় খ) পণ্যের ত্রুটির কারণে দুর্ঘটনাজনিত ক্ষতি গ) যে কোনও ভোগ্য জিনিস যা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে/ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে ঘ) টেম্পারড বা অনুপস্থিত সিরিয়াল সহ পণ্য সংখ্যা) যে কোনও ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় আসে না চ) যে কোনও পণ্য যা সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, বাক্স সহ, প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং যদি থাকে, এবং অন্যান্য সমস্ত আইটেম যা মূলত সরবরাহ করা পণ্যের সাথে অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
রিফান্ড পলিসিতাজা বাজার ব্যবহারকারীকে সেবা দেওয়ার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করে। কিন্তু যদি কোন পরিস্থিতিতে, তাজা বাজার তার প্রতিশ্রুতি পূরণ করতে বা পরিষেবা প্রদান করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, এটি আপনাকে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে ফোন/টেক্সট/ইমেলের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করবে। যদি তাজা বাজার পরিষেবাটি সম্পূর্ণ করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, কোন অর্থ ফেরতের প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে এটি আমাদের স্বীকৃতির সর্বোচ্চ ৭ দিনের মধ্যে করা হয়।
এই পরিস্থিতিতে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধগুলি প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে ক) তাজা বাজার একটি প্রতিস্থাপন পণ্য পরিবেশন করতে অক্ষম। খ) ব্যবহারকারী পেইড অর্ডার থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য ফেরত দেন। গ) প্রদত্ত অর্ডারটি বিতরণের জন্য পাঠানোর আগে ব্যবহারকারী বাতিল করে।
উপরের তিনটি পরিস্থিতির জন্য, ফেরতের পরিমাণ ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে জমা হবে। এবং ক্রেডিট শুধুমাত্র তাজা বাজার এ ক্রয় করতে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে। ফেরতের অনুরোধ থেকে ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ফেরত কার্যকর করা হবে।
